Cancellation and Refund

 

Returns

We at Prashanti strive to give our customers the best in class service and therefore have an easy cancellation and return policy.
Cancellation is considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However ,cancellation will not be entertained if the product has already been shipped.
Prashanti does not accept return of items that have been used/washed by the customer.

Sarees should be in original folding.

Cancellation of the order is possible if the customer is not happy with the quality of the product, colour change or size variation. In that case the customer has to write an email to to support@prashantisarees.in or inform the customer care with order number and reason for return.
Prashanti does not entertain any cash refunds unless the product sent was wrong or damaged.However we have a 7 day exchange policy, where if the customer is not happy with the quality/colour/size of the product, the customer can get it exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note: The reverse shipment charges has to be borne by the customer only. After receiving the return request, it would take 15 working days for us to process the refund or exchange of the product.

Prashanti reserves all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:
1) Unavailability of the product
2) Customer unavailable/does not pick the call during delivery.
3) Any issues with Credit and Fraud Avoidance department.

Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, the product cost will be added as credit points to your account, which can be used against your future purchase.
Also note that the shipping cost and cash on delivery fee will not be included in the exchange/refund process. Only the item cost will be calculated.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@prashantisarees.in.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:Prashanti Sarees, No. 16, 6th Cross Street, CIT Colony, Chennai Tamil Nadu IN 600004
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
